Chicken Soup

2 1/2 lb chicken pieces
1 onion -- chopped
3 potatoes -- peeled and diced
4 carrots -- sliced
3 stalks celery -- sliced
3 Tbs Soy sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups water -- or enough to cover

Combine all ingredients in large kettle. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary.
