African Chicken

1 can (approx 2 cups) chicken broth
2 onions, sliced thinly
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 chicken breasts (or whichever piece you prefer)
1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter (make sure it has no sugar!)
crushed red pepper flakes

In crockpot, combine broth, onions and peppers.

Spread peanut butter over both sides of chicken pieces. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and place on top of vegetables in the crockpot.

Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours.
